Each October, our Certificate program brings six seniors to Las Vegas to attend IMEX America, the nation' s largest trade show for the meetings, events, and incentive travel industries. The students that attended this year were Sam Wirth, Zoey Koch, Cielo Herrera, Amelia Worrell, Payton Geake, and Danielle Velasquez. 

While in Vegas, our students had the opportunity to attend the Future Leaders Forum, which gave them the opportunity to network with other event management students and industry professionals from across the globe. Outside of the conference, we spent time lounging in the pool, visiting the Bellagio Gardens, and exploring all that the city has to offer! We’re grateful to alumni, the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, and other donors for making this trip a reality!
